Published September 2020 – Updated April 2022
“The 2021/22 winter was the first ski season which saw the new detachable 10-seater Helmjet Sexten gondola in full swing. The state-of-the-art facilities offered great comfort while reducing the rush and waiting times”
Helmjet Sexten Gondola. Winter 2020/21 will see a new super modern gondola in the 3 Zinnen Dolomites ski resort.
The 2019/20 season saw the 3-seater chairlift “Helmbahn” replaced by a new 8 seater chairlift with weather protection bubble, seat heating and child-friendly boarding conveyor belt, which goes up or down depending on the children’s height. The 2020/21 winter will see a brand new gondola in the 3 Zinnen Dolomites ski resort.
After almost 40 years in operation, the Sesto Helm cable car, which has faithfully transported skiers from the village of Sesto down in the valley up to the Monte Elmo mountain station will be replaced by the new detachable premium 10-seater “HELMJET SEXTEN” gondola. This state of the art facility will offer visitors much greater comfort while reducing waiting times.
