Back on the Italian slopes!
Published April 2022
January 13, 2022. Finally, I was on my way to Italy for the first time after two very long and difficult years.
It was great to be back in Bormio with family and friends and reconnect with my roots whilst enjoying sunny days skiing down familiar slopes and eating at the many mountain huts.
With hotels welcoming back guests from all over the world, all ski areas open for business and good snow conditions, the general feeling was of cautious optimism and desire to go back to life as we knew it.
And now, at the end of this winter and back again here in Italy surrounded by my mountains I am pleased to say that the local operators are very happy with the season they had and are already planning for the next one.
There is no excuse now to plan your visit for the 2022/23 European winter! Contact us and we will be happy to help you.
